THE STORY

It’s opening night of Murder in the First on Broadway, and nerves are high. The cast and crew are all a buzz backstage with the excitement of the lights, the sounds - and the dead body of big-shot Broadway Producer. There lies Jack Bialystock, shot in the back center stage before the curtain could rise.

Was the murderer a cast member, like Anita Part who’s making her Broadway debut tonight, or seasoned performer Sienna Stealer? Was it the sleazy casting director Colin Back, or a member of the audience like Megan Phan who somehow wandered backstage?

There’s only one way to find out: play the game Bullets on Broadway! But hold onto your overpriced wine—the murderer may be YOU!

The mystery is built to be played by 4-20+ characters, ANY of whom could be the murderer and each have gripping motives for murder. **Additional guests can play as “detectives” who ask questions each round and guess the killer at the end!
Idina Mental	Sexy and sultry, Idina’s the leading lady everyone dreams of and she knows it. Her long gown and ruby red lips are enough to make any man kill.
Billy Bergamont	Billy is a dashing young playwright with wit and charm...maybe too much for his own good.
Julie Tamenomore	Julie is the Director, an artistic and creative soul with a dark secret.
Bob Blandley	Bob is a dry and dull theatre critic whose husband’s shopping addiction is getting in the way of his work.
Audrey Torium	Audrey is a mousy and meek Usher with a timid demeanor...or so she likes people to think.
Anita Part	Anita is a young actress fresh to New York City. She’s green, wide eyed, and overly enthusiastic…with a secret past.
Robert Whineman	Robert is a greasy sleeze ball talent agent with slicked back hair and a black eye.
Matthew Broadneck	Matthew’s the leading man, a bit past his prime, with something to prove.
Kaitlyn Chinnoweth	Kaitlyn is a busty blonde actress who likes to show skin and get attention...and sometimes she catches the wrong eye.
Sam Rubin	Sam is a bitter Producer and here for business, nothing more.
Megan Phan	Megan Phan is a fan who traveled to New York just for this opening night performance, and the hope that she could get Idina’s autograph…and maybe more.
Trip Fallington	Trip is the trap door operator and a tough guy with tattoos and a record.
Roy Floosey	Roy is an investor in the show and is dressed in an ill fitting suit and dirty old shoes.
Ivana Cut	Ivana is Idina Mental’s agent and will do anything to get her commission check...even if it means making a killer deal.
Sienna Stealer	Sienna is an actress in the show. She’s a loose cannon and always drunk or hopped up on something.
Colin Back	Colin is a well known Casting Director with a sleazy personality. He’s overly flirtatious and it gets him in trouble.
William Mundy	William is an old friend, partner, and most trusted confidant of the deceased.
Lue Jackman	Lue is a flamboyant, over the top, character actor dressed in brightly colored clothes. He’s clearly overcompensating for some deeply held secret.
Franky Stub	Franky is a meek and nervous Box Office boy who’s always late for work. He has a pimple face, bowl cut hair and he’s got a stutter.
Bobby Straum	Bobby is a ruggedly handsome guitar player with a man bun...and a grudge.
